Robert is a 25-year veteran of the Safety Profession. He began his career with American Cyanamid conducting Process Safety Analysis for the chemical process industry. In addition to his extensive background in General Industry, Robert was previously Vice President/Partner in the firm of Aliberti LaRochell & Hodson, a Design Engineering and Construction Company, for which he managed all aspects of Construction Safety.
Since 1995, Robert has been President of Safety Resources, Inc., where he has served clients throughout the United States in developing and implementing Safety Initiatives.
He holds a B.S. in Organic Chemistry from Nasson College and is a certified Outreach Instructor for the Construction Industry. Robert is also a member of the Associate Faculty for Purdue University instructing a senior level course in Construction Safety at the IUPUI Campus. In April of 2003, Robert was awarded the Outstanding Associate Faculty Award from IUPUI.
Robert has been a speaker at several nationwide audioconferences and is involved in various professional associations. He is currently an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), the General Contractors Association of Indiana (AGCI) and the Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety (MICCS).

Retiring from the Air Force after twenty years in Civil Engineering, Gary has over fifteen years of experience in the safety field. Gary holds credentials as a Certified Fire Protection Specialist #1925, and is also certified in Fire and Life Safety for Healthcare Occupancies. He is an Authorized Outreach Trainer for both General Industry as well as Construction Safety.
A certified Slip and Fall Accident Prevention Specialist, Gary's research paper titled "The Integration of the Science of Slips and Falls in a Comprehensive Program to Affect Change" was published in July 2005, Journal of the International Society for Occupational Ergonomics & Safety. He was also a guest speaker at the XIX Annual International Occupational Ergonomics and Safety Conference.
Gary has been a recurring speaker for Business and Legal Reports audioconferences. His topics include OSHA Recordkeeping Requirements, Slips, Trips and Falls, Preventing Recurring Accidents, Conducting Accident Investigations, Safety Trends in 2007 and How to Develop, Implement and Maintain Effective Safety Committees. Gary has also had an interview published with the Los Angeles Times on Warehouse Safety and is an active participant with the Indiana Constructors Association (ICA) and a member of the ICA Joint Safety Committee. Other association involvements include the National Fire Protection Association, the International Society for Occupational Ergonomics and Safety, the International Contact Group for Slips, Trips and Falls, and the Midwest Roofer's Association.

A graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in Occupational Health and Safety Management, Kristin is a certified OSHA Outreach Instructor for General Industry as well as a Certified Slip and Fall Accident Prevention Specialist.
Kristin is an active participant in the Indiana Constructors' Association (ICA) and a member of the ICA Joint Safety Committee as well as the ICA Membership Committee. She is a professional member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), the National Association for Women in Construction (NAWIC) and the International Contact Group for Slips, Trips and Falls.
Specializing in General Industry, with a focus on the measurement of coefficient of friction on walking/working surfaces, Kristin's article on Slips, Trips and Falls was recently published in the trade magazine Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration. Kristin has been a recurring speaker for Business and Legal Reports audioconferences, casing Slips and Falls Management as well as OSHA 300 Recordkeeping Laws. She has also been invited as a guest speaker from a local association discussing Accident Investigation Strategies.
Kristin received an "Outstanding and Dedicated Vendor Support" award and the "Outstanding Client Services" award in 2004-2007 from a national client for her insight and risk liability assessments at both the management and operations levels.

Chris is the lead safety trainer at Safety Resources, Inc. and provides safety expertise to large clients at both the operations and management levels. Chris has been a speaker for Business and Legal Reports on Accident Investigation.

A graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in Occupational Heath and Safety Management, Matt specializes in high hazard industries, such as telecommunication construction and commercial roofing safety. Matt is an expert in Fall Protection and is a Qualified Fall Protection Systems Inspector.
He provides safety expertise and direction for numerous roofing companies, and is the primary safety director for a major tower erection company.
Matt is a Com-Train Certified in Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue as well as a Certified Competent Person for RF Radiation Safety. He is a Certified First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor and an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).

Michael is a graduate of Indiana State University with a B.S. degree in Safety Management. Michael spent seven years in the United States Coast Guard as a Fire Control Technician and has over 20 years in the safety profession. He specializes in contractor safety management programs and processes and provides expertise in all areas of Construction, Maritime and General Industry Safety. Michael's extensive knowledge in Worker's Compensation and Root Cause Investigation has provided him opportunities to decrease premiums and Experience Modification Rates for several global companies. In Michael's previous professional role, he managed an Owner Controlled Insurance Program for a large client in Indianapolis, IN. He was responsible for the safe construction of several multi-million dollar projects, totaling $2 billion dollars annually. Michael also managed safety for over $200 million annually in related maintenance projects at several plant locations.
From the United States Coast Guard, Michael has received the Achievement Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, the Humanitarian Service Award, a Letter of Commendation Ribbon and the Gold Lifesaving Medal.
Michael has been asked to speak on several occasions addressing topics such as Contractor Safety Management, Root Cause Investigation, EMR Reduction, Safety Culture, Behavior Based Safety and OSHA Recordkeeping. Michael is a professional member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), and over the years has been active with several committees and boards including Metro DC Membership Committee, Metro DC AGC Safety Committee, Downtown Indianapolis Rotary and the MICCS Substance Abuse Committee. His volunteer efforts include Indiana Work-Force Reality, Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, United Way and Little League.

Shawn is currently serving as site safety for a contractor at the billion dollar Indianapolis new Midfield Terminal Project.

A graduate of Indiana State University with a B.S. in Safety Management, Terry specializes in site safety management and Hexavalent Chromium air sampling for welding operations. He is also 24 hour MSHA New Miner Certified and has received Part 46 training.
Terry provides safety expertise in large steel erection as well as surface mining operations. He provides safety direction for residential and commercial construction companies. Terry is an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and is also the editor for the Central Indiana ASSE Newsletter.

Lisa has worked in the accounting field for over twenty years. She worked for Gene B. Glick Co. for ten years as a regional and divisional accountant, then went at OKI Systems for all of the Indianapolis branch accounting.
Lisa took time off work to care for her children and the accounting for her husband's home-based graphic design company, Varnau Creative Group. Lisa has taken business and accounting courses at Ivy Tech and Indiana University/Purdue University, Indianapolis.
