Electrical: A propane heater is being used to heat an underground structure. The cords are free of rips, tears and frays. The plastic observed near the connection to the extension cord is not electrical tape - it is the plastic from the covering of the cord. Always remember, propane tanks should be sitting upright and level on the ground per 29 CFR §1926.404.
