The purpose of the Safety Resources, Inc. Subcontractor Management Program is to define and manage responsibility from a controlling employer (General Contractor or Construction Manager) standpoint. Our program offers consulting services to achieve continual improvement for a variety of subcontracted trades to increase safety and health performance. This program establishes a standard for pre-qualification, evaluation/selection of subcontractors and to ensure the controlling employer is managing onsite safety in a manner that promotes OSHA compliance as well as fosters onsite relationships so that all parties involved can achieve a success.
Safety Resources combines our staff expertise, capabilities and understanding "the business of safety" to provide your company with practical construction risk management solutions. Our unique capabilities rest upon the collective experience of our safety professionals who have represented construction companies working in various trades and contractual roles.
Safety Resources, Inc.’s Subcontractor Management Program consists of several elements, that together, contribute to your multi-employer jobsite and company’s documented procedures, safety audits, employee training and implementation.
