Kyle is a graduate of Indiana State University (ISU) with a B.S. in Safety Management. Kyle specializes in General Contractor safety and multi-employer worksites.  Kyle’s primary role at Safety Resources, Inc. is to review jobsites from an OSHA Compliance standpoint with an emphasis on training and behavioral safety and cultural improvements.

Kyle is knowledgeable in general site/facility consultation, employee and management training and site safety representation. He is responsible for delivering company safety training presentations, developing and implementing company policies and procedures, managing workers’ compensation claims, and performing project audits, to name a few.  Kyle manages the Safety Resources summer internship program, and he stays connected with local colleges that participate in the Safety and Health degree program to consistently scout talented young professionals for the program.

Kyle obtained his CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) in 2023 and holds a Graduate Safety Professional (GSP) designation, as well as a Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) certification, both recognized by the BCSP. Kyle is an active member in multiple organizations and speaks at organizational conferences including 2023 Indiana Health & Safety Conference, as well as the 2023 GLASC Safety Expo.  Kyle is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP). He is heavily involved in the safety community, participating in ASSP sponsored events regularly. He utilizes these events to gain insight regarding general site/facility consultation, employee and management training and site safety representation.

Kyle enjoys spending time outdoors boating, fishing, and golfing.   Kyle works every day to make an impact in the safety field by striving to grow his skillset and continue to be a valuable subject matter expert in the safety issues relative to his portfolio of clients.
