A graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Economics from the prestigious IU Kelley School of Business, Ryan specializes in multi-family new construction, DOT compliance, commercial roofing safety, and contractor prequalification systems.  Ryan serves as a Contract Safety Director for a number of construction and manufacturing clients in Central and Southern Indiana. 

Ryan obtained his CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) in 2019.  He is an active member of the Central Indiana Chapter of American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and is equally involved with the Coalition for Construction Safety (CCS), and currently sits on the CCS Certification Committee.  Ryan is the Newsletter Chair on the Board of Directors for ASSP Central Indiana as well.  Ryan is actively involved in both the Indianapolis Roofing Contractors Association (IRCA) as well as the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA).

Ryan has extensive experience in the trucking industry, as it relates to OSHA and DOT regulations. Additionally, he has integrated his expertise within both operations and management roles to facilitate and ascertain compliance. He is responsible for delivering company safety training presentations, developing and implementing company policies & procedures, managing worker’s compensation claims, and performing project audits, to name a few.  Specializing in both construction safety as well as general industry, with an emphasis on high hazard industries (such as commercial roofing, electrical, multi-employer worksites, heavy steel industries and heavy manufacturing and assembly operations), Ryan provides a unique variety of expertise to his portfolio of clientele.

Ryan hosted a nationwide audio conference/webinar on DOT Compliance and the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) update in 2017.  He holds the OSHA 510 Certification and is First Aid, CPR/AED certified.  Ryan is a Qualified Rigging and Signalperson, and in 2017, he won the Safety Resources Leadership Award for his dedicated support to his team.  Most recently, Ryan won the 2019 Safety Resources, Inc. Customer Service Excellence award for his outstanding dedication and commitment to his clients.

Additionally, Ryan is a huge MMA fan and likes to fish and spend time with his family in his spare time. He lives in Greenwood, Indiana with his amazing wife, daughter and son.
